If your order has not arrived by the date stated- Please contact us so we can chase the order up for you. If your product(s) have arrived damaged, Don't worry! Snap a quick photo and contact us immediately. We will send you out another one  asap. Please return the damaged product(s) to the return address provided, once received we'll refund you the p&p. If you're not happy with your product(s), please return to the address provided in it's original packaging with the products un opened and unused, we will be happy to refund you the cost of the product.

We use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked to ship your order. We always anticipate you to receive your order within 2-4 working days of purchase. Circumstances out of our control may sometimes delay your orders arrival.
